You can also use Xmail server for win32, very functional, and free.  It
can do some advanced routing and address rewriting as well.

Not sure if this is even worth your time to try, but thought you may be 
interested [0].  This is Postfix on Win32 platform.  Still in its very 
early stages, but who knows, it may work for you!!
