Question for you ISPs out there.

I am moving my NOC.

At the old location, I am using a Integrated T-1 from A********e via a
circuit from PacBell. (Not my choice.)

The ISP has been waiting for PacBell to install the new circuit (line) at
the new building before they can schedule to come out and move the router.
They have stated that I can not move the router. But they will only do this
during normal business hours.

PacBell has just come out to install the new circuit in the new building.

Shouldn't I just be able to bring the new circuit from the BP to the jack in
the new server room, then plug in the router and it will be up and running
on the new circuit?

In other words, won't the ISP router in my server room find the central ISP
router and open the circuit?
