Maybe I haven't really read the original post
correctly. I referred with my statement
to the speed coldfusion clears the spooler.
If you say 15 (which is seconds) it processes
if it has enough memory the files in the spooler
faster than let us say 60. So then it needs 60 seconds
to let it be cleared.
