Thanks for this feedback. I even tested the text only templates
thinking that the Classic WebMail templates could be the problem, but
the results were the same. Processor never increases significantly at
all. Usually this is about 5%-10% with 50-70% available all the time.
I still cannot agree IWEBMSG is not involved if previously on the same
setup 5.x was 2 seconds. The drives are defragged daily, 2.6GB paging
file with 1GB ram on Win2K Server. After reviewing all of these issues
Ipswitch says it is the hard disk. Their recommended 8GB lower limit
is what I am using. They recommended a 40GB drive, that this would
make more disk resources available. Can you tell me the size of your
drive and if this is SCSI or IDE.
