Well it seems my problems are not over today I added more spam filtering in the hopes of stopping the majority of the garabage email. This evening it appears that no one can send a receive, the quemanager nor smtp are using enormous amounts of process time so I don't know what else could cause it. I am copying the logs off now, can large spool file, 1.5 gig+, cause problems such as this? I am going to append my spool maintenance to instead of 2 twice a week 4 times a week copy the logs out because of the volume of email we handle. But has any one else had this problem the more filtering options they load?
