Problem finally resolved. Took the following steps:
1) Deleted all the DNS records and then created them again. 2) Deleted the problem domain Imail account, and then created them again. 3) Deleted all relevant individual email accounts and recreated them ONE AT A TIME. 4) Promised G_d that I would try to be better .... And.... Wha la... It worked!!
