Is "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" a valid email address at your domain? Is the message being deleted or being routed to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] address? Are any of your rules working? What does the rule look like in the imail administrator? Do you have Match Case selected? Are you using an external file? If so, did you hit the ENTER key to get a blank line at the end? Is this set up in your main rules.ima or for a virtual domain? Did you copy the rules.ima file to every user directory? much, much more information is needed besides "i want to filter spam" or "oh my god, help me" to get an answer that might point you in the right direction. As to my advice to contact ipswitch -- they are pretty good about accepting a copy of your config file and telling you what is wrong with the test setup.
