We have modified our TCP settings and have seen a big improvement
here. I'd be curious who else might see a difference or know of any
additional settings. This has been a serious problem here and it
was Ipswitch who stated we should change our NIC. Changing the NIC did
nothing but this TCP tweaking has had a positive impact.
