Okay, but look at the rule: If Sender does not contain domainA.com (user's local domain) OR Sender does not contain domainB.com OR Sender does not contain domainC.com OR Sender does not contain domainD.com=20 Action: Forward to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (user's local domain)
The sender will not be from domainA, DomainB, DomainC and DomainD at the same time, so at least one of those conditions will always be true. TRUE, ORed with anything is TRUE.
