We have been using Declude Virus and Junkmail for about 2 years now. While
I have been very happy with both products, in the past year or so we seem to
be getting WAY too much junk mail getting past the filters. I have
subscribers getting up to 100 emails a day past the junkmail filters. Has
anyone else seen an increase of stuff getting pas the filters?

The main problem is that over the past year, the spammers have been getting very bold. They created several viruses so that they could have 100,000s of computers that they could use to send spam; back in August, they started killing off several of the free public spam databases. The good news, though, is that a number of new spam tests have evolved in that time as well.

If you update your Declude JunkMail config files to the latest ones, you should see a significant improvement in the spam detection. If not, please E-mail your config files and the full headers (including Received: headers) of several spams that get through to the declude.com support@ address. We can check to see if there is a configuration problem.
