One was
AOL, but it is also happening on campus across the network. Also my time
out is 15 minutes and they are not on that long (confirmed by instructor who
watched this happen.)

Are
these users by chance on AOL, some Earthlink, or connecting via
Satellite?

Subject: [IMail Forum] User knocked off
webmail
I’m running 8.02 and have users
reporting being knocked of web mail after logging in (usually at the compose
screen). (Messages like “page expired, can’t refresh” and sends them to
the log in screen.) If my memory serves me right (and it doesn’t many times
these days), this indicates bad (dated) web templates. I thought I
installed new templates after the 8.01 patch. Before I start messing
with things, is there a file date or other indicator I could check to see
which ones I have? (BTW – searched archives and RTM.)
Thanks,
John
