I have every right in the world to address an envelope to a fake person at a
street address and the US Postal Service by Federal law has to deliver it if
it has proper postage and is not other wise suspecious. Now, if I do it
again and again and again and the US Postal Service knows this, they can
prohibit me from doing that.

If you can be sure that they are coming from a known IP address or
non-forged domain, and there is no legit coming from that, you can block it
at the router or firewall.

Imail does not do that. However, there are 3rd party solutions, either by
individuals or companies that can do that. You can also do it manually.
