--I have every right in the world to address an envelope to a fake person at a --street address and the US Postal Service by Federal law has to deliver it if it --has proper postage and is not other wise suspecious. Now, if I do it again and --again and again and the US Postal Service knows this, they can prohibit me from --doing that.
But if you send me a fax to my fax machine without me requesting it, that is against the law. If you can be sure that they are coming from a known IP address or non-forged domain, and there is no legit coming from that, you can block it at the router or firewall.
