Thanks, I removed the 2 that were reporting spam. Even reported me from my
yahoo account. MailCity and Spamlist (I think).. Now I'm getting some
through.

Is there any recommended configuration for a moderate antispam setup ?  And
one for a slightly more aggressive one?

No, but several dns blacklists have gone under recently.  Verify that all of
the blacklists you rely on are indeed working.
