Hi,

I had the same problem and I was told by the ipswitch support that,
sometimes some "orphan emails" are left behind.
But I didn't get a satisfactory answer to why that happens.

A workaround to that problem is this simple batch file that we use over here
every night.

d:
cd \spool
net stop smtpd32
net stop queuemgr
ren t*.* q*.*
net start smtpd32
net start queuemgr

*** don't forget to adjust to your local settings.***
