If they are employing a subsriber block method, they will block EVERY dsl subscriber block from RR minus the acutal valid RR mail servers. To my knowledge this isn't done by RDNS, it is done by IP ranges.
A good explanation. My subscriber filter is by PTR hostname, so Sharyn's company PTR would have not been caught, even if it was on a subscriber access network.
her error msg says "email abuse", so that's what she should do.
