Vincent, Did you have a regulatory attorney handle the paperwork for your CLEC application? If not, you REALLY want to look into having a specialist handle this. If you are registering as a common carrier, it is pretty much a must. Feel free to contact me off list if you would like info on how to locate a qualified regulatory attorney. I will be happy to point you in the right direction.
