Has anyone ever dealt with providing facility based dsl service. Im having a hard time dealing with verizon. Im trying to submit my clec application but need to have proposed tariffs included with the application. I can not make any proposed tariffs if verizon does not provide me with their clec tariff information. No one at verizon that I have talked to ( in wholesale group and asp markets ) seems to have a clue as to who I should call or what im talking about.
