Thanks for the tip on WVFiberNet. Will try to look into them, as soon as I
am through covering the current OneStar debacle. Their local telephone
customers are scheduled to lose all access to dialtone and 911 services
within 48 hours. Ouch!

If you feel that you have hit a standstill concerning paperwork, you might
take a look at contacting a regulatory attorney. It might be worth the
money, depending upon the situation. A good resource for finding some of
these firms is at http://www.phoneplusmag.com . Look for the "Industry
Directory", and scroll through the various categories until you find
companies that offer regulatory assistance and consulting. You might just
stumble upon someone who will save you a lot of time and grief, although FEW
lawyers have ever done that for me personally. :-)

Seriously, they do have a good resource, and I am happy to recommend it
where it might help.
