Probably. Both have happened to us before. Unless you've really annoyed
someone recently, the spammer case tends to stop after a few days at
most.

Generally not - automated systems like SpamCop analyse the headers for
server IP addresses, not email addresses. Manual blacklist maintainers
generally know better than to trust a From header as well.

Depending on your ISP, you may want to let them know about it (and
include those headers you asked for if you get some sent to you) so
the abuse desk is aware of it if they get complaints.
