How? As stated in my original post - I'm set to "No Mail Relay"

It certainly didn't come from IMail. http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=63.161.83.70 shows a sample spam that was reported, but there aren't any IMail Received: headers in there.


The bad news, though, is that http://dsbl.org/listing?ip=63.161.83.70 shows that that IP has or recently had open SOCKS proxies running on it.
