What is reasonable for max mail size and mailbox size?

the two big disk i/o consumers are spool/ and the mailboxes, so having them
on separate drives is best.   if you plan on heavy webmail, then spool/web
is also voracious.

then, within the drives, spool/ should be on it it own dedicated partition,
which is freqently cleaned and defragged.  same for the mbx partition, or
spool/web.

limit max msg and mbx size to something reasonbable
