That sounds like Troj/Tofger-A (see http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojtofgera.html for more information). It appears to have first started appearing today. It is a trojan, not a virus (I'm guessing a spammer is sending 'em out to get more computers to compromise).
