But Jeffery, questions from end users will always be there, and yes that is part of our job.

 

However, when another admin is asking other admins for information that is readily available, what that person is saying is “My time is more valuable than yours and I do not have the time to look for that answer so I will ask you and stop you from what you are doing to answer my question which has already been answered a thousand times already.”

Answering the same question over and over goes with the territory.  If I was unwilling to answer the same questions a million times I wouldn't have a job... or kids.

Not to be rude, but if this IS your job, or part of it, being an imail admin, then you should take the time. I have almost every message I've gotten on this list since I signed up last year, have I read them all? No, but if I have a question, I can look through those first to see if it's been asked before.
