But Jeffery,
questions from end users will always be there, and yes that is part of our
job.
However, when another
admin is asking other admins for information that is readily available, what
that person is saying is My time is more valuable than yours and I do not
have the time to look for that answer so I will ask you and stop you from what
you are doing to answer my question which has already been answered a thousand
times already.

Answering the same question over
and over goes with the territory. If I was unwilling to answer the same
questions a million times I wouldn't have a job... or
kids.

>>There are some very friendly
people here sharing their knowledge, and others who think who they are by
responding so rudely to those of us that DONT READ THIS ON A DAILY BASIS
BECAUSE WE ARE DOING OUR JOBS.
Not to be rude, but if
this IS your job, or part of it, being an imail admin, then you should take
the time. I have almost every message I've gotten on this list since
I signed up last year, have I read them all? No, but if I have a
question, I can look through those first to see if it's been asked
before.
>>Thank you to all those friendly
responses, which like to share their knowledge freely in environments like
this. One day we will all be as good as those who think who they are,
and maybe friendlier.. Remembering where we came from
once.
Just remember, those that
post here have jobs too, and they lend their time to help. Some get testy
when they answer the same question for the upteenth
time.
