> I'm using Sprint as my provider. I doubt they are on a blacklist. Earthlink is owned by Sprint, which may make Earthlink think they know "for sure" which Sprint ranges are dynamic; I certainly wouldn't think they'd blacklist all of Sprint, though as Rod points out, the option is there.
