Declude JunkMail is designed to do exactly that (well, block spam, not the
Viagra stuff specifically). If you haven't done so since about August
(when the Spammers Attacked, and killed off some of the best anti-spam
databases), I would recommend updating your global.cfg file to include the
latest default settings.
