Hi Robert,

If your users are using a POP3 client, the issue may be one of timing (i.e. users checking mail too often). You may also want to review the following

See: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990108-JK01.htm

and http://www.eudora.com/techsupport/kb/1424hq.html

Essentially the Eudora LMOS.dat file may be corrupt or the problem is caused by POP3 or other simultaneous client access to the mailbox-- ie using web messaging and also checking mail via Eudora or having multiple web messaging clients check the same Imail account. Users can use both without problems, they just shouldn't do this at the same time.

I had a few users claim that mail they have deleated are now showing back in there mailbox as new mail. and just recently i've experniced the same thing whenI deleated somemail from the web

any ideas why this is happening?
