Try Worldcast by Fairlogic. Works just like that. You can load up all the
names into a spreadsheet or into the program itself, then pump out a
pre-formatted HTML message which calls variables to fill in the blanks. As
for getting it to say "Hi, username" by just using IMail, you've got me on
that one, maybe there is some variable which could be used.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Put the username automatically in the email

We have a customer that want to send out a newsletter type of message
to their customers. I was thinking of creating a private list in
Imail. However they like to have "Hi username" at the top of the
message.

Is there a variable I can use in place for "username" that would make
Imail's list-server to re-place the variable with the user's name?
