I do know that there are some pretty major ISPs (like AOL) who simply DROP (accept delivery, delete) mail based upon single DNSRBLs though.
I don't want to get into the "Should I block E-mail based on a single criterion" debate (I personally dislike it *unless* the admin knows *exactly* what the criterion will block and accepts it, and does not invite E-mail from servers that would be blocked). However, AOL doesn't block on a single test.
AOL has major 2 anti-spam systems -- a public one which bounces E-mail (per http://postmaster.info.aol.com ), and a private undocumented one that silently deletes E-mails. Evidence suggests that the undocumented one does *not* block based on a single test, but instead uses a weighting system. I do not believe that they use any DNSBLs.
