Vaughn, I ended up having an e-mail exchange with the person I was told was the product manager for messaging products and was informed that this feature, along with other requests have been submitted before and should be incorporated within the next year. That was pretty much the extent of it. Nothing more specific.
You may want to check out ASSP, as I am doing to see what I can do with that. I know it can add 'Spam' or whatever to the subject line and the price can't be beat. I would look into Declude, but I personally don't feel one should need to pay for an add-on to perform a function that should be in the original product. If Imail had no anti-spam capability at all then buying Declude or something similar could probably be justified. But, the moment a company decides to add anti-spam capability, they should at minimum add common features of an anti-spam product. Oh, I did get something else from the Ipswitch guy. I was quickly informed that the way I was typing Ipswitch in my emails was wrong, along with an insinuation that as a reseller I should know better. Not really sure what this had to do with the issues, but he seemed to have felt compelled to inform me of this. Frankly, with the exception of a handful of individuals, I'm finding folks at Ipswitch to be a little on the rude side.
