You have got to be kidding.
75 * 50,000 = 3,750,000 unique messages every 5 minutes.
= 45,000,000 unique messages per hour.
Either you have no idea how to size a mail server, or you have posted
incorrect numbers.

No surprise at all. You need to get a grip on what even the
best-equipped hardware and best-tuned MTAs can process...and you need
to determine, for us and for yourself, whether you are a spam house
