Hmmm...sorry looking at this wrong. I noticed it says [0.0.0.0] connect 207.136.192.174. This means that a mchine with IP address 0.0.0.0 is connecting to 207.136.174. This obviously cannot happen. This usually means a slow-connection and a timeout (according to what I am reading in the archives as I type).
If you look at the archive article, http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg74183.html and run a DNSreport on the IP in your logs. 1. A WHOIS shows this IP belongs to the Vermont Housing Finance Agency - most lilkely legit. 2. 207.136.192.174 does not have a PTR assigned. 3. and as far as I can tell whatver is at this IP is broken. 4. has no DNS info. As a result unless there are more IPs with the same problem, I would forget about it.
