So you could have a message that retries say 100 times but you can only wait
for 120 minutes between each try. So every 2 hours the server will try and
deliver the message.

That would mean 12 tries in a 24 hour period. I guess that is ok, as long as
I set the number of times to more than 24 times then they should never loose
any mail over the weekend shutdown.

For version 8.05 I think just the time (timer) has a limit (10 minimum/120
maximum - between number of retries).  The actual number of retries, I don't
believe, have a limit.
