Andrew,

Could you apply any of the patches .. Bring it up to 7.15?  I think there
was an issue with the sockets.. But not sure.  Here's a link if you don't
already have it:
http://www.ipswitch.com/support/imail/releases/prev_patches.html  (may wrap
of course).

Also.. Could you post any log <snips> that show the errors with the 10054?
How's about hardware?  Have you been down the replace the nic road with a
3Com or such?
