I'm not very familiar with dig, but the reverse DNS for 12.33.164.7 is "uhgatt07.uhc.com". see http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=12.33.164.7 (or http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?ip=7.164.33.12.in-addr.arpa&type=PTR&detail=1 to see the same output in a dig-like format).
