You need to be more specific.  Is is through AOL?  Then they need to reduce AOL's browser and open up an IE browser.  You also need ot see if you have the ignore soruce address checked.

I am getting customers that can't log into their email remotely. They can one day and can't the next. They get a "Page can not be displayed" error.

 

Any ideas?
