Often these types of problems are related to DNS issues. Are you running a firewall? If so, you may want to try to flush the DNS cache on the server and double check your DNS entries for your DNS server.

I am getting customers that can't log into their email remotely. They can one day and can't the next. They get a "Page can not be displayed" error.
