Are they th eonly ones having problems or is it sporatic users having problems.

If they are the only user then a few things to try.

Have them
1) dump their temporary internet files and all offline content.
2) run - ipconfig /flushdns

If they are not the only users what is the load on your server/internet connection? Is your server properly defraged? Is your hardware properly configured for the load you have on your server seperate HDDs for system, spool, mailboxes.

I am getting customers that can't log into their email remotely. They can one day and can't the next. They get a "Page can not be displayed" error.

Any ideas?

Kathy
