Well, this happens to be the third time I've tried to get answers to this subject. Someone told me before that "if you're running Windows 2003, that's your problem" - which of course didn't help me at all because that statement was missing a lot of detail. I need to know if it truly will not work on Windows Server 2003, and if so, why it won't work. So that perhaps I can figure out how to make it work. I can't be the only person using Windows Server 2003 who wants to use these utilities...
