My company is running the Imail A-V plugin which uses Symantec's scan engine, definitions, etc. As far as I can tell, there's not a whole lot of configuration to be done. Here's all you get:
Ah, I thought you had the standard NAVIEG or NAVGW. I believe that IMail AntiVirus doesn't let you block attachments based on the file extension.
