Greg, I've upgraded yesterday as well from 8.05 to 8.10 with as result that the Queue Manager service failed to start, webmail was soooooo slow, POP3 service was working sometimes, sometimes not (maybe caused by timeouts). Downgraded today to 8.05.
This is the last time that I upgrade when they release something new. Had similar problems with last 'major' upgrade (to 8.0) as well. Will think about upgrading when version 8.11 is available. Just to check that it wasn't anything to do with existing server, I quickly installed 8.10 on a freshly installed 2003 server and copied a couple of users files over. It was just as bad and that server is a brand new dual Xeon 2GHz with 2Gb RAM. Incidentally a new user with no emails/folders logs in to webmail OK. So it would appear to be something to do indexing of messages and then production of web content that is different and causing performance decrease.
