That does indeed show a problem -- someone trying to connect to http://tymewyse.com would have a 50% chance of getting to 205.243.160.40. But if that hostname isn't used, then it isn't a problem.
But what is really strange is that tymewyse.com's ip address is 205.243.160.21
That's www.tymewyse.com, which is probably only used for the web site.
So I would imaging that a lot of email servers will reject your email.
The A record for a domain name is *only* used if the MX record doesn't exist -- but in this case, it does exist, so it would not be used for mail delivery. So any issues with the A record for the domain would not be a problem in this case.
