Yes. IMail anti-spam can be disabled. To completely disable it, you must do so at each IP based domain listed in the IMail Administrator. Then stop and restart the queue manager and smtp services. When you are ready to add *low cost* AV protection to you spam solution, give mxGuard for IMail a look.
