We've got people calling like crazy that they can't send messages.
We've found many sets of configuration instructions on properly configuring Outlook etc., but
they're still having problems.
INTERNALLY, we have several people using Eudora. Two of them are unable to send.
Yes, in Eudora we looked at TOOLS - OPTIONS - SENDING MAIL
In there, we have
SMTP RELAY PERSONALITY: None
[x] Allow AuthenticationEven if we select one of the personalities under SMTP RELAY PERSONALITY, they still can't send.
Even on this I got: 550 not local host list.ipswitch.com, not a gateway
I had to temporarily turn off NO MAIL RELAY just to send out this message.
I'm losing my mind on this. Either let everyone send & receive and run an open relay,
or keep it closed as detailed and people can't send.
HELP!
Thanks
Chris
