I am wondering how you determined which user was causing the crash. How did you track them down.

Yes, we recorded which user was involved. I haven't contacted them yet to check that it's OK to look into their mailbox and see what messsage(s) causes the webmail service to crash. This never happened on 8.05 so I'm guessing it was a bug introduced with 8.1/8.11

I am seeing the same issues. We ran fine for around three
weeks or so
on the 8.11 upgrade but now the web service is randomly pegging the cpu and locking the box up. I would be interested to know if anyone else has encountered this problem with the new version as
well and if
there is a resolution.
