Please keep it to Imail and not 3rd part products.

If I go and by my car and the tachometer quits working or I think it's
faulty I want to get it fixed. So I go to the dealership and see what can
be done with what I have. Now, if the dealer said, "Well what you need here
is a Zippity-Do-Da Tachometer 4000. It runs about $350 and it will work
much better than the one your car came with."

Now, if I try to fix what I have and it still doesn't work or I am not
satisfied...then I will go looking for third party solutions. Until
then...promote your product elsewhere.

You'd be surprised how many times I've heard people say that -- and then
say things like "I only spend 10-15 hours a week updating the spam
filters". Quick math shows that in the U.S., that would cost a typical
company about $10,000/year. Of course, your situation may differ.

That's how I used to justify upgrading computers years ago -- even though I
couldn't afford upgrading them, I saw how much faster I could get work
done, and calculated that it would be more cost-effective to upgrade the
computer than to spend $0 and keep the old one as it was.
