This is a client issue. I have seen this myself for a very long
time...Here's the scenario for me..I am reading through a mailbox and a new
message comes in. When I get to these new messages I get this error. We have
been able to trace this MS clients getting the UID FETCH wrong. It asks for
the UID of a different message with the correct header information.. It is
really strange as after you get this error you can grab the message and drag
it to another folder and read it there...The other solution is to delete the
local message store and re-synch the mailbox. Then you can read it....
