Sorry- for the DOS neophyte, it's probably best to copy BounceFinder to your spool directory (to avoid a "Sorry, I could not find the file sys0810.txt." error message) first. If your spool directory is on another drive (Drive E: for example), use the command e: (your command prompt should change accordingly). Then use the command cd \imail\spool to change to the directory containing your log files and BounceFinder program.
