You can download it from http://www.declude.com/tools -- it is just a simple .exe file, that can be run from a command prompt. Running the program without any arguments will display brief instructions. All you really need to do is let it know the name of one of your spool files. For example, if you run it from the \IMail\spool directory, you can just type "BounceFinder sys1016.txt". It will then display any bounce messages from that log file. There are some extra commands that you can use to limit what is returned (usually to find one specific bounce message).
